Excellent video and Cruiser history! I test drove a new 100 series about 2002 and could not believe how soft and pampered it felt. My thought was 'this thing is never going off road, what happened to the off road machines?' Glad to see some of the 200 series are considered great deals, even body on frame. The 300 series will be interesting with a twin turbo V6.

I watched that Last night. I was a little disappointed they didn't talk about the Prado very much. That's pretty popular in Australia as well. They didn't mention the FJ45 pickup, the FJ48 Troopy, etc.

Plus the whole Lexus Line
LX 450 = FJ80
LX 570 = FJ100 / FJ200
GX470 = Prado 120
GX460 = ? Not a Four Runner

The SUV features a 4.6-liter V8 that generates 301 horsepower and 329 pound-feet of torque. The 4Runner's 4.0-liter V6 is rated to produce 270 hp and 278 lb-ft of torque. Lexus offers a four-wheel-drive system as standard on the GX 460, while the 4Runner comes with rear-wheel drive as standard

But I get it was all about the Land Cruiser.
