DO NOT put leak stop in!!! I had a small leak where my steering shaft attached to the rack, so I put leak stop in and less than a week later my entire rack and pinion was leaking like crazy. Every time I got out and parked for an extended period of time (1-2 hours) it leaked out ALL of the fluid. I ended up having to replace the whole rack. Just my .02

After destroying one rack and pinion with the leak stop, I got a used one off craigslist in a effort to save some $$ and it broke in half 2 days after I put it in. This was on a run with Jimbolio to chiva. It broke about half way back into the falls and made the rest of the trail quite challenging with no power steering

Thanks Homedad!
I'm gonna bring my rug in to precision Toyota and let them take a look at it.
My warranty is still good.
If it needs replacing I hope they don't give me the "well you do go off road a lot" shit!
