Ok, so for lack of figuring out what to make, I *will* be making gnocchi, but I'm making a limited amount so when it runs out, it runs out. I made the sauce a couple of weeks ago and froze it, so I should be good to stand in a kitchen for a few hours. I may run out of steam quick though. I busted my ass in SF last week and I think I managed to break my tailbone and bruise whatever other bones are in the ass under the massive padding of the gluts. Don't make fun, it hurts to sneeze, and if you do make fun, you will be denied gnocchi. So there.
Kurt, get ready for major carnage in your kitchen. I'll be bringing a few necessary items, but I'm going to need some serious counter-space. I'll be over around 12pm.

Sounds good Dan, I'll call you when we get there, meet at the Gas station? Also, we have to stop at Fiesta Mall and meet Rabid to pick up her dish at around 11:20 - 11:30 then it's on from there.

Thanks for bringing the sample plates Jag. Justin devoured everyone's dishes and I had to fight for a few bites.
Really good stuff.
Both of us really wanted to go and hang out, but since Justin had both work and a soccer game......by the time we could have made it over there....Homedad would have kicked us out.
Also, thanks to the East side caravan Jim, Kim, Jessa and Dan for meeting me and picking up the salad.

Well I want to give a HUGE thanks to Todd, Jonathan, Andreas, Dan and everyone else who chipped in to make the TT stand tall(er). I believe it was finished at around 11:00pm-ish, 3 lifts...9 hours! We also want to thank homedad & family for the garage, tools and hospitality and of course all the chefs, the food was awesome!!! I personally learned a whole bunch about lifts and suspension, and of course staying hydrated...thanks again!!!

That was the MOST FUN I've had in a REALLY long time!
Thank you Kurt and Randy for housing us, you have a beautiful home, awesome kids and a GREAT yard!! It was a blast talking with you Randy and I hope we can do it again! Kurt your facial expressions made me laugh all day!!
To all the guys that worked in the hot as hell garage and got three lifts done, you guys are amazing and you do GREAT WORK!!!
Jag - Your gnocchi was the BOMB, and it was a pleasure talking to you and watching you make the gnocchi. I swear we should have taped the whole thing and sent it in to Lifetime....haa haaa haaa!!!
Cyrus - You guys rock, from the second we met each other and started talking I knew it was going to be an AWESOME, Interesting, Odd day!! LOL Its looks like my grandpa wont make it thru the day, and I told my "family" about your mortuary and they are set in stone going to another place, so I tried to get my grandpa in to a place where they will respect him, but my "family" has already made the choices. I REALLY enjoyed the awesome conversations and there will be a place soon to post all of our VERY interesting, odd, gross, unbelievable stories! It was MORE than fun, we will have to do it again!! P.S. - You need to post that cheesecake recipe!!
P.P.S. - I have a million more questions about what you do, its so awesome but it has this creepy part also....wicked!
Jo Nathan - I didnt get to chat with ya much, but nice rig, looks great with the new lift!!
Rabid - Its a bummer you and your hubby couldnt make it to the party, your salad was delish and it was nice to meet ya! I heard you do Search and Rescue with your dogs, Id love to talk more about that with you!! I hope your dogs get better, give them a kiss from my rescues!!
Andreas & Lana - I dont know how to spell your wifes name, but I was unable to try your dish due to the whole Vegetarian fact but it smelt amazing and looked even better! I hope to get to know you two better also!!
Todd - Your salad didnt get much action but it was good to see ya again, and you worked your butt off yesterday, I barely saw you!!!
VooDoo - Was a pleasure meeting you and your wife, I hope your ear is feeling much better today! I hope I didnt seem like an idiot when I was asking you about your job, but I came up with some crazy questions I didnt know how to explain!! Hope we can get together again and talk more about body "donation" as its very amazing what you do!
SealClubber - It was nice talking with ya! Send Dan or I the MLS # of the house you wanted our opinion on, we love to give friends our opinion! Im glad you enjoyed my lemon jello cake, but it was NOTHING compared to the Cheesecake!!
The ending of the sauce sunday was the best, on our way out the door I get my cup, fill it up with ice and its taking forever to fill up while im standing there watching cartoons and I look down in my cup and its foamy and a piss color....I look again....I just start laughing because its not every day that you get ice and it fills up with BEER! I go get Kurt and he comes in and then Kurt, myself and Kim clean Kurts Freezer....your welcome dad!!
We need to do this more often, was way to much fun!!!
Jessa
