Since I just completed making a bunch of external changes, I thought I would start a new thread to detail them here.

First, here is what the beast looked like when I bought her (pre-owned):

Here are the external changes I have made since:
    - Added bar to front of roof rack to lower the Golights
    - AllPro Rock Sliders
    - Warrior Products Front Bumper - w/ Brush Guard & Skid/Fill Plate
    - Warrior Products Rear Bumper
    - Bushwacker Pocket Style Fender Flares
    - Mad Dog Offroad Diamond Plate Armor for Doors
    - Warrior Products Rear Corner Diamond Plate Armor
    - Warrior Products Rear Door Diamond Plate Armor
    - Painted the Grill Surround (might paint the mirrors & door handles to match)

Here is what she now looks like:

Well, the beast has finally gone solar. I used CeeFish's idea and picked up a couple deck seals to route the wires. I must say those are a real slick set up. I am very happy with that choice. Thanks Mark. Wink

While I was at it, I modified my rack to make it more low profile. I cut about 2 inches out of the height. and then welded everything back up. Sent it to Xpress Metal Stripping to have the paint & powder coating stripped off (they did a great job), and then repainted it with bed liner.

Here is the latest revision for your viewing pleasure:

While I was at it, I also swapped out my rear light. The new one is a dual color (amber/white) LED bar. So now I do not have to mess with any covers. it has 2 switches and I simply flip the appropriate switch to get either white or amber light. It is a spot/flood combo and lights up behind the rig quite nicely.

Both the front and rear bumper are very easy to install. Took less than an hour for the front, and just a little longer for the rear.

OK, no problem, but my labor rates are ridiculously high. You buy your own twice at my rates. Wink
