Not correct, lots of areas in AZ are not done with TMP. Lots of places have not issued final decisions or issued MVUMs.

The survey I mentioned is being conducted by my office to develop our statewide trails plan and gain input on how the motorized community would like us to invest their OHV rec fund dollars. We do it every five years to keep pace with the changing needs of the public.
