Technically NO. When I spoke with the owners he said he was willing to talk but his wife had had an accident and he was waiting for her to get better to come out and talk. I have not, nor have the other groups working with this, heard from him yet. All we can assume is that her accident was worse than everyone thought.

I did not get actual permission from him when I talked to him. At least nothing that I would feel comfortable going out there with.

Here is a few links to maps. You as the user are responsible to know what is open or closed, sign or no sign. Here are some maps, now you have no excuse. There are more resources out there, this is just after 10 mins on the interwebs.
Coconino National Forest
Prescott National Forest.
Coronado National Forest
Kaibab National Forest
Tucson BLM
Safford BLM
Table Mesa BLM

It is a sticky... I think you're able to edit that first post for the rest of time, should be good to go.

Going outdoors is hazardous to your health!!! Stay indoors and breath with an oxygen tank.

I'll wait for the closed sign and respect where I do go.

Wait, is my new tank rated to handle o2 also? If so, I'm halfway there!!!
