Good find, dirt cheap.

If nothing else, I think I'll snag the big ass PM-1 and use it for my ham radio backup power crap at home til I shit out the money for a dual battery setup.

The PM-2 is your main battery?

Tim, I'm using the PM1 as my primary and only battery...fits great.

Here is more info.

OK, I've received a few PM's about using the PM1 as a main battery.

Here is a Google Doc that I uploaded. This is exactly how I installed the battery in my truck a few weeks ago (the writeup is not mine).

I purchased the stud to post conversions from Remy Battery online.

You need one set of each size due to the studs being different sizes.

The PM-2 is your main battery?

Got a bit confused when looking at the models. Realized that I'm actually running the P-5 battery (not part of the sale, even though the specs seem to match the PM-2 pretty closely, and the normal prices matched up too.)

PM-2 would technically be an upgrade as far as specs go, but methinks it's time to step up even further to the PM-1.

HOLD THE PRESSES!!!

These batteries are NOT on sale at the prices shown. I just called Sears after seeing the words NOT AVAILABLE online. They told me you cannot order them as the sale was supposed to be 10% off, not 60%. They said they've had a ton of calls and they're correcting the price right now. Bummer!

Son of a filthy goat whore =(

Was it a local sears that you called, or one that goes back to their corp side/national level? Wonder if all locations are aware of that.

On their website I used the Call to Order button where you enter your phone number and they call you in 1 second. Apparently this is only an online problem, she said you could only buy them in the store for 10% off. I think some of the first people who might have ordered online could probably get the lower price. I still have an extra Odyssey PC2150 that I could use since it appears they will fit.

Just got back from my local Sears with a $161.39 refund, making my PM1 $122.12 out the door...

Guys at the counter had zero issues with the refund... Cool
