Big kudos to Pumbaa for this post!

Just used it this past weekend to replace 3 of my pulleys. Since I had the front bash skid plate off, it took ~45 minutes start to finish.

more hints:
As odd as it sounds the top and bottom most pulleys are easiest from the bottom.

The pulley near the power steering is easiest from the top.

It does help to have a 2nd person during the belt alignment and final fitments.
