body fat % or over all weight lost percentage?

Unless we are getting dunked for body fat, the weight lost % in my opinion is going to end up being a better representation of what's...what. But wtf do I know.

That is a super cool idea... I'd love to do it, but July 31 is the weekend of the All Cal event.

My gf Steph and I would so do it in a second but there is one problem, we have a cruise planned on October 10 - 17th, so we would be totally screwed at final weigh in. I am not dieting on the cruise at all period. No way, its just not possible.

You could join... and loose the weight before the cruise... and then walk the ship a few times a day... lol

Well we have been trying to do P90X for the cruise then doing it all over again after the cruise.. haha.

Jessa Biggest Loser does the percentage of how much weight you have lost overall from your starting weight. I think you are doing it this way but saying the other way. Example someone weighing 200lbs whose is say 16% body fat loses 10% now weighs 180lbs but is only 14% body fat. According to your scale they would have lost only 2% instead of 10%
