I ran this trail on Saturday for the first time. Definitely a fun run. Some sort of traction aid (limited slip. locker) would definitely help. Did make it through with open front and rear in a stock 89 truck but those would help alot

Definately easier dry 3.0. Spring time is more interesting 3.0+. Also the road we didn't take has some tough spots.

This is a good trail, not sure I would attempt this with stock size tires but could be done. Trail wasn’t too bad most of the way but a few obstacles are worth the 3.0 to 3.5 rating. I made the trip pretty easy with 33” tires and 3” lift, spotting help in 2 rock gardens used the lockers a few times just to use them. These FJ’s are hard to see boulders with such a large hood in the way. This trail would be a lot more fun with running water going thru the washes.

This trail has a few cool places to take small hikes on, 1st there is a water fall that you can climb up several different levels, 2nd the switch back to the old mine equipment and then up to the mines.

I guess there was not water eh? Usually the spring has a decent flow but it was a bad winter, bummer.

In my experience, the water on this trail stops flowing by about the end of March. Every time I have been out there in mid February to early March, the water is flowing pretty good.

I saw a report that Table Mesa had a fire too.

Yeah we barely missed the CK fire driving on Senator highway. There were some Hot Shots staying at our hotel up in Prescott talking about how bored they were so far this season...looks like they have something to entertain them now.
