Almost one year ago, on Veterans day, wheeling the Martinez Canyon trail near the Gila River, the Precious was involved in a trail accident. There was a severe washout, a wall to the left, and the only way to negotiate it was to put your tire on the wall.
Unfortunately, the Bushwhacker flare caught the wall and rolled down the side of the precious.
You can see the result
The drivers door would not open fully, the fender was toast, the driver door skin creased, and the rear suicide door involved as well.
Anyway, after much negotiation with the insurance company, and the EXCELLENT service provided by Central Collision on Grant Rd in Tucson, the Precious has been painted, Stem to Stern and is now in the process of being re-assembled, slowly and carefully. Central collision was an AWESOME company to deal with and exceeded all my expectations!. I could tell they knew their shit when I saw all the classic cars they were refurbing.
New LED's in the Exp1 rear bumper:
And some (They grow on you) KC Highlight covers.
Repaired the Warn 10000 winch (Solenoid) while the bumper was off.
The roof Rack is now Powder coated in black Hammertone.
There's still more to do:
HighLift mount re-installed
LED bar re-installed
Light Switches for the lights
SIDE LED lights (Vision X)
