Today the wife informed me that my business is back in operation!!!

After nine years home with the kids....I'm ready to take on some more jobs....

I'm even listed with the BBB Wink

central-northern-weste...m=31002016

So what if it says I'm out of business!!!

I do ANY household repairs....not remodels.....

So round up the "honey-do" list and give me a call.....I'll even work on your mothers house that you're tired of fixing..... Shocked

F.Y.I. EVERYTHING in MY house works PERFECT!!!!

No....Figure it out Laughing Laughing Laughing

This gig requires common sense and seat time.....

When I lived in Minnesota....being a "Handyman" required an insane amount of training and tests/licences.....

Not too many folks bothered and became carpenters, plumbers, electritions, or HVAC guys...being a licenced "handyman" required ALL of those skills.....all the tests and all the permits....BEFORE you could even apply for a licence.....

In Arizona you need NO skill, a $40 permit, and a tax I.D. number.....

That's it!!!

Needless to say....most guys in this state SUCK at what they "claim" they do....

I made a good living not being one of those guys.....

I really did think I was done working for good!!! Wink

I'd give ya a hand if you need homey. Gots my tools, FJ, and am a certified journeyman carpenter. Plus I'm working on getting a welding certification.

Heh, honey-do list...that's what I'm doing now at my mother-in-laws house. Just finished fixing one of the throne rooms today. Bugger had to be completely overhauled as the bolts corroded and the plastic was acting like calcium (flaked off when you touched it).

good luck!! Seems like this is one job that wouldn't suffer too much in a rough time....I would think. Not like one can skimp or figure out certain repair things....you just kinda sorta need someone who knows what they're doing! You can only learn so much by reading the internet and looking at pics.

When some unpredicted nonsense arises, you'll be the first person on my list!!

It's really tough to find trust these days. I've reserved myself to spending for the repair, however I hate not knowing the person/their quality/rep/ or general status as a human.
