Very impressed with the RCI product-

All the welds look awesome (I was once a certified welder myself).
The plate is gusseted for extra strength, the edges are very well finished, it's well designed with bolt head protection, easy installation (everything lined up perfectly) and the powder coating job is simply excellent.


In all honesty, I chose RCI because they were a little bit cheaper, plus the shipping charge was a big savings over the other front plates I was looking at.

I expected something slightly less than (but hey, it's just a skid plate).

What I got was far beyond my expectations.

Thank goodness some things are a good bargain AND, made with pride in the USA.

BudBuilt has the lower weight steel skids. I went with those but haven't put them to the test.
