We are looking for volunteers to help set up and work the event. Have you ever wanted to be behind the sense of the events you love to watch? Want free entry to the event and exclusive W.E. Rock t-shirt? Then come help us put on a great show. This is a fun way to help your off-road community grow, get personal time with the professional competitors and best of all get the best seats in the house for all the action. If you are more interested in competing alongside some of the best teams in the country, we would love to have you compete with us. Our classes are designed to fit a wide range of off-road vehicles. Most trail rigs only take a few safety modifications to pass our tech inspection, and they are items every trail rig should have anyways. Check out our rule book for more information!

What we are looking for is people to help Judge the rock crawling competition, help set up the event site, and 1-3 recovery vehicles to have on site. For helping us out, you will get a t-shirt only available to volunteers, and bagged lunch. Anyone familiar with off-roading can be a judge, heck, even if you aren’t familiar, we have a job for you. We have a judging training video that you will watch before the event than Big Rich will address any questions you have and review event details you may need to know. As a Judge, you will be responsible for watching the competitors maneuver through the course and score their run. You must be able to maneuver yourself over the uneven and steep terrain. Our courses are small so you will not be hiking miles, but you will need to move around the course to see each progression gate as the rigs move through them. If are able come out before the event, we would love a hand getting the event site ready for the weekend. We put on 18 events during the summer months and we cannot do it without volunteers like you. For the recovery vehicles, you must have a reliable power winch, d-rings, and recovery strap, we will provide radios to stay in communication.

About W.E. Rock
The sport of World Extreme Rock Crawling or W.E. ROCK as it is known to our fans is all about challenging driver and machine. Competitors build amazing vehicles to drive over the most extreme obstacles our world renowned course designer, Josh England, can dream up. You will see vehicles perform maneuvers you never thought possible. Conquering large boulders, steep climbs, rock ledges and massive drops, all while avoiding strategically placed cones. Depending on the class the competitors choose to compete in their vehicle must follow some basic build rules and safety requirements. The rules are designed to keep each class fair while allowing the builder freedom to engineer the most competitive vehicle they can. Once on the course the driver and spotter have 10 minutes to navigate 3-4 gates (set of cones) without hitting any cones and as few backups as possible. Each cone hit or backup they take adds points to their score and the team with the lowest score wins. The courses are designed to provide the most action for the spectators throughout the weekend and force drivers to push what they have built to the limits.
