REDINGTON PASS SPRING CLEANUP 2016 - MAY 7TH

AZFJ and our Friends of Redington Pass are hosting a cleanup day in Redington Pass on Saturday May 7, 2016 starting at 9AM. Registration begins a 8AM.

We hope you can join us in helping preserve the beauty of Redington Pass for all users. This is an opportunity for AZFJ folks to show our support for this important stewardship event. All participants will receive a t-shirt and a raffle ticket with a chance to win some cool stuff. I promise the weather will be much better than it was during the Dec 2015 cleanup. Very Happy

Meeting Location
Redington Pass - Coronado National Forest - Information Kiosk on Redington Rd.
coordinates:
Lat: 32.25548 Long: -110.66223
MGRS: 12SW WA 31816 68804

IN ken. We'll have to scout that other road you want to do the last time.
Sounds like a lovely April 3rd activity. You IN?

Great! The cleanup signup page will be posted soon where you can register and indicate t-shirt size and number in your party.

As for Apr 3rd, FS4436 has several unauthorized shooting spots that fill up with trigger trash on a regular basis that are near Redington Rd. As you go further down this trail, it becomes more rocky and narrow. I'd also be up for exploring other areas that are in the northeast quadrant of the pass that gets less traffic.

Maybe we can get Lynn, Eric and Kevin to go on a crew again. Without mud this time.
