I guess I should post up how I became the FJ owner and the mods I've done to my Zombie Tank.
It all started when my girlfriend (now my wife) and I went to Avondale Toyota to take a look at new Tacomas. But when we pulled in to the dealership there it was my Black Cherry sitting there on the front pedestal, and she was calling my name. So i left my Exterra behind and drove out of there with my new Toy, only if knew what i was getting my self into...

This was my first test drive

My first mods were TRD CAI, TRD exhaust and throttle body spacer easy bolt-on newbie mods that didn't do shit to increase MPG's or power (money down the drain) except for the exhaust, that thing sounds cool.

Next mod was to put on some stickers and tow hitch.

Then I decided to get my self a CB radio, and that's when I got a little creative. After looking at all the options I made a decision to mount the radio to the ceiling, for that i had to fabricate a custom bracket that mounts to rear view mirror. And Bandi antenna mount.

Then I ran in to one of the nonmembers (conejo) that reminded me of AZFJ. That's where I really got my self in trouble....

New OME suspension. (thanks to Homedad for hookup)

OEM Rock sliders (thanks to FatRat for Craigslist posting)

More Stickers and Blackout

Hi-lift Jack mounted on the roof

HAM Yaesu-FT7800R

More pics and mods to come.

About $2300, I got a set of used tail lights for $60, and new window installed for $120, the rest was body work. And the guys at LPCC did outstanding job.

So they did not replace the whole corner pannel? Interesting. I may have to go see them.

When you call them ask for Todd, and tell him you are with AZFJ and mention "Paul the Russian"

No, leave them white! Everyone else has black bumpers. You'll be known as Captain Ahab to all.
