#1: Rear shock replacement - OME Author: calichaos, Posted: Sun Oct 07, 2018 8:30 am ---- It is time to change out the rear shocks on the FJ. I have been running the Toytec Coilovers up front and OME heavy springs and shocks in the rear. I have never had a complaint about the performance or manners of this setup.
After 7+ long years the rear shocks are shot; so I am looking to simply replace them with Old Man Emu again.
I dont tow or carry heavy loads often (really at all).. so here is what I have in mind:
basically would it be non disastrous to run the OME heavy spring with a non OME heavy shock?
