Hmmm, ok. So, i've still got an issue with my IAS co2 tank. I took it to the weld supply place last week and explained the problem to the guy. He pointed out what I needed to buy (that co2 washer) and when I tried it out at home it still didn't work.

When i connect the regulator to the co2 tank and turn it on, I get co2 escaping around the regulator where it screws into the co2 tank itself. I'm going to take the whole system down there today and be like hey, help me fix this, but if anyone has any suggestions or has had this problem before, please help =)

I'm trying to get it up and running before the monsoon run tomorrow so instead of being an airup-leech I can now be on the supply side =)

Solved by Leszmore!

"you're hand tightening the regulator on...?"

I guess you gotta clamp it really really tight. Thanks Les!
