Well, looks like we don't have to worry either way. nothing regarding the FCC or HAM (or anything else for that matter) is going to really get done for the foreseeable future.

yro.slashdot.org/story...p-request-https://yro.slashdot.org/story/16/11/16/2146253/fcc-abides-by-gop-request-to-stop-what-its-doing-deletes-everything-from-meeting-agenda

"One day after republicans from the house and senate sent letters to FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler, urging him to avoid passing regulations before Donald Trump's inauguration as president, Wheeler appears to have complied with the request. The FCC today "announced the deletion of all items that were originally scheduled to be presented and voted on at tomorrow's meeting.""

I've lived been in 3 HOA's. The only time they are worth it is if they have a good pool. most of them these days are run by businesses specializing in HOA management, and they provide canned rules for the homeowners to follow. Often they are arbitrary and don't consider the rights of individual owners. Cities like them because it takes burden off them for certain things, and gives stateists the feeling of control that they like.

My question is if this bill will make it easier for HAM radio antennas to be put up on private property, or give more power to the HOA.
